Hmmm I think it would have to be between laundry and dishes since that's what we do most often. I'm gonna have to go with dishes. Even though we have a dishwasher, we still have to handwash pots and pans and load and unload everything. Not doing dishes would definitely save us the most time.

Oh geeze, ummmmm that's tough. I think laundry! We currently don't have a dishwasher so getting the dishes done is done in 1 "sitting", laundry is too many steps for me to follow through with! I wash, dry, & even fold fine... I rarely get them put up though. =/
ETA: Now that I think about it, definitely laundry! It would be fantastically wonderful if my clothes were just always there clean, pressed, and ready to go! *I can dream right?*

@runsyellowlites: yah i hate putting laundry away! if clean clothes magically appeared that would be awesome!
but for now dishes take up an obscene amount of time, especially since we work at home so we eat all our meals at home, and we rarely eat out. so it's dishes for us!

Dishes! Hate them! ...and we currently live in a house with no dishwasher, which is extra horrible.
I actually don't mind laundry. I guess that's why we're so successful at cloth diapering. Folding baby clothes and diapers is a very relaxing activity for me

Picking up after the dogs - as in poop - both on walks and in the garden. Currently DH is doing it, bless his heart, because bending down is getting pretty difficult, but once this baby is out I will be back to poop duty! It's not the smell or the general ick factor, it's just the inconvenience of it! They have a dog flap so they can go whenever they want - and if you leave the garden for just a couple of days it gets littered with it! I HATE going out there in with a bag, searching round for little poops!!

I would say mop or vacuum. We have large off white porcelain tiles through our house, and I am forever cleaning the floors. I would vacuum everyday and steam mop every other day. They show every spec of dirt, and with a toddler and a crawling baby I am anal about it.

Food shopping. I wish the food I wanted/needed would just magically appear in my house (prepped and ready to go, of course). I hate going to the store, unloading the bags, etc.

@sera_87: my husband used to do this every day, too! Then one day he just stopped and now he gets on to me if I leave anything on the floor. Of course.
I HATE doing the dishes. We've never had a dishwasher (except one year when we were first married and didn't even really cook). DH does all the dishes now (he's a good man).

Def Vacuum. With 4 dogs and 3 cats I feel like I have to Vacuum all the time. Proably feel that way BECAUSE I DO!! My floors look great for like 30 mins and then look dirty again with the Pack I have.

Bathrooms!!
I actually love doing laundry. The only part I don't like is transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer.
