We skipped cereal and LO has been eating fruit/veg for the past two weeks.
What are your thoughts on introducing whole grain oatmeal? How about other grains (quinoa, amaranth, etc)?
I chickened out on BLW and would like to add some new textures to his diet but not at the detriment of his health.
What do you think? Oatmeal? Yay or nay?
