If I put a thermos inside that has hot food will the cooler bag make it cold or is the thermos insulated enough to keep it hot?
Problem is her lunch needs to all be in 1 bag and she has yogurt that needs to stay cold too

Google search says that the hot food will stay hot inside the thermos, even when surrounded by cold.

I think the thermos would keep it hot. Do you know the trick to put hot water in it first to pre warm it up. Then dump it out and put the real stuff in.
