Did you wait to buy baby gear for subsequent LOs?
As a FTM, I didn't buy anything (aside a stash of second hand cloth dipes to try) before 19 weeks. We found out gender that week and bought a couple of onesies. I was too paranoid to buy anything.
We're just ntnp.... no plans of buying anything for LO2 anytime soon!

I think I would wait to find out the sex...and then buy a few things (maybe a new set of A&A blankets, double stroller if necessary). If it was a girl, I would also probably buy just a few new outfits (and by just a few I mean a lot of bows and ruffly things!). But in terms of gear, we're pretty much set.

I'm just shy of 17w with our second and haven't bought a thing for this baby yet. We waited to buy anything until we found out we were having a boy last time and plan to do the same this time around. I have a private wish list on Amazon of things I know we will need but don't plan to purchase anything until the end of the summer, most likely.
ETA: I did recently trade in our stroller for one that can convert to a tandem (city select) so I guess I did buy that with #2 in mind.

we aren't buying much...unless we have a boy, then he will need clothes and blankets! 
I did just win an auction on ebay for a second camera for our monitor..$44! winning. and I've been researching strollers, but NO rush on that.

@sorrycharlie: We had the Britax B-Agile and it was recalled so BRU took it back for full price (even though I didn't buy it there) and I used that $ toward a new stroller through them.

I bought a double stroller shortly after I found out we were expecting again. I found it for an awesome price and I have a nephew close to N's age. I didn't buy anything else until we found out this one was another boy.

I'm 12 weeks and haven't bought anything yet, but we did go check out double strollers last weekend! I don't feel a need to store it, but it felt good to check them out and make the daydream a little more real! I think we'll probably buy DD a new bed and move the new baby into hers because it's a mini crib.

The only thing I'm planning on buying "early" is just a t-shirt for Xander saying "Big Brother" as our way of telling people. I'll probably still wait until after 20+ weeks to buy anything for the new baby!

Not pregnant yet, but hopefully soon (NTNP) & I will wait until we find out the gender of the next. Most newborn clothes should fit (if it's another girl) but we will be opposite seasons so who knows how far we can get by! Boy will need all new clothes.

We didn't buy anything before DS was born. Now at 35 weeks pregnant with DD, haven't bought anything this time around either.

The only gear I needed was a second crib; we bought it around 30 wks because we didn't have a place to store it. I've been nesting a bit recently and bought nursery decor (since my first isn't vacating the current nursery) and some new clothes (which were a want, not a need since it's another girl). But that's it really. I'm still thinking about a double stroller (I'm 38 wks).
