Just curious..if you had any type of miscarriage (chemical, missed miscarriage, etc), how many months/cycles did it take for you to get your next BFP after it?

I put the next month, but I was referring to the first month trying after AF came back. Not sure if that's what you meant by it. This second time it will be longer. We had to wait an extra month, and then this first month trying was a no-go. (Though I think that's more because DH was out of town too much around O.)

It took my 2 months to get pregnant after my 1st MC but unfortunately that ended in a MC in May. We are currently on our 3rd cycle trying after taking the summer "off" to heal both mentally and physically. Just O'ed yesterday and officially in the TWW. So scared and nervous....

I'm so sorry for your loss. After my loss this past spring it took 4 cycles after AF returned, and that BFP turned out to be a chemical...then I got pregnant the following cycle.

It took awhile for us. I put over a year. I had a mc in May of 2011, and I didn't get pregnant again until October 2012. 8 of those cycles were actively trying, the rest were NTNP. I was having luteal phase issues though, and once I got on progesterone, I got a BFP.

First, hugs, lady TTC after a loss can be rough.
Mine was quick, but I think I'm in the minority. After our first, we tried again the very next cycle, and I got pregnant that cycle as well. After the second, we took a cycle off for testing, and I got pregnant again once we started trying. I was really surprised that it was so quick, but my doctor said that having an HSG would help in my situation. It seems to have been the case!
@whatsarahsaid: love and strength to you!

I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. It took 5 cycles, but 8 months, to get pregnant again (my cycles are about 45 days).

We took the cycle after my mc off and then got pregnant on the first try the next month.

I picked 3 months but it was 3 cycles (or two after AF returned). It took 10 weeks for AF to return and I have long cycles. I mc'd in March and was pregnant again in July.

Took five months the first time (i wasn't ovulating and didn't know it) and then two months after the second time!

9 months for the first pregnancy, then 6 more months trying for the second, which also ended in mc. Then 4 more months trying...

my clomid cycles for LO#1 were BFP (CP), BFN, BFP (CP), BFP (success!). don't think that's the norm though.
this time I've gone BFP (CP), BFN, we'll see what this Clomid cycle brings . . .

It felt like forever.... 7 cycles (6 months). I had short cycles, which helped a *little* Hope your wait is short!
ETA: If you want to know the exact timeline... BFP first cycle- MC at 9 weeks; BFP 2nd cycle- MC at 5 weeks; BFP 7th cycle- currently 33 weeks pg

We had a natural, early m/c in December and I found out I was pregnant again the last day of April ... so 4 cycles?? Even though AF came back right on schedule after my m/c, it just took my body awhile to get back to a 'normal' cycle.

I had a chemical pregnancy (clear positive before period started) at 6 months, got pregnant again at 10 months, had an early miscarriage and got pregnant with E 3 months after that. So 4 months and 3 months.

Still TBD. I had a chemical my 7th cycle. I'm now on cycle #9, 2nd post-chemical.

It took 5, nearly 6 months. I think I had probably only one normal cycle before I got my BFP and that was the month before. I wish I was on Hellobee then. It was hard to go through all those broken feelings alone.

We got pregnant on cycle #4 post m/c after waiting 2 months to start ttc again.

Last time it took about 6 cycles after M/C. I'm hoping it doesn't take as long this time but we will see. I'm not feeling lucky.

I picked three months. I got pregnant on my July cycle, had a mc early September at about 8w. Had two periods and then pregnant again on my November cycle.

Currently going through a mc, so I'm curious to see all the responses. I'm happy to see all the positive stories!

We had a MC in April of this year, and starting trying in June. We're in our 7th cycle post-MC and still trying. We decided to see a RE in October, so are in our second IUI cycle. Good luck to you! XO

@Alivoo01: we were the same! BFP July and then BFP in December after the loss. I was so sad for the loss, but can't imagine not having my August baby!
