M got her two month vaccines yesterday. She has been doing really well, no fussiness and just a little swelling (no redness) at the injections sites. But when I was nursing her before bed last night I noticed she felt warm so I took her temp and it was 100.5. We gave her Tylenol and kept her awake for an hour so we could be sure her fever was going down (it was 99.5 when we put her down for the night). I felt her head throughout the night and she never felt warm. And when she woke up at six I checked her and she was 98.7. But then when she woke up from her first nap she felt warm again and was back up to 100. I gave her more Tylenol and nursing her now. She is still my smiley happy girl. Just wondering how long its normal for the low grade fever to hang around...
