M is 4 months and I tried some Feta recently (because some babies react to cow's milk but not goats milk) and she's had some specs of green in her diaper so no more dairy of any kind for a while. I might try again at 6 months and see how it goes. But at this point I've pretty much gotten used to the diet (she is not only intolerant to dairy and soy but also to wheat, eggs, nuts and fish).

@littlebittyhouse: Aw thanks! Honestly it's not that bad once you get the hang of it. It just gets BORING! The bonus though is that I'm ten pounds below pre pregnancy weight and still losing. Vanity is wonderful motivation to stick with it when I'm having a frustrated day! The only time I get really frustrated is when I've had a terrible day at work and I'm too exhausted to feel like cooking because getting take out is pretty much impossible.

We have FPIES and our avoid/trigger list is extensive. Usually easier to just say what can be tollerated than avoided. When breastfeeding I did TED, down to 3 foods (quinoa, carrot, broccoli) and slowly adding them back in. When he self weaned at 21 months we were only up to about 15 foods, 4 of them baking chemicals and not really foods.

Anyway we have not reintroduced anything to LO's diet or mine while nursing. Our first reintroduction won't be until 2.5-3 years as an in-hospital oral food challenge (OFC), but that will more likely get pushed back now that he may have EoE on top of FPIES.
