E really likes broccoli bites. The broccoli is cup up real small and it's a patty shape, so i'm not sure she knows it's broccoli!

@Smurfette: Oh yeah I have also had some luck getting LO to eat paleo zucchini pancakes, like these:

@Smurfette: we've had success with these: http://www.garden-lites.com/recipe/carrot-berry-muffins/ and these: http://www.vitalicious.com/16carrot.html
I get them both at our local HEB and Kroger grocery stores
Also we tend to stick to pouches, peas, corn and tomatoes. He will also eat broccoli with ketchup. And trader joes makes a yummy spinach dip that he loves.

We have trouble getting ours to eat veggies, too. We went to a class put on by a nutritionist that deals with picky eaters, but the only real advice she gave was "keep offering repeatedly", and "if they don't eat what's given, don't cave and give them what they like". So, not a huge help, but she did say that as long as they eat a couple different kinds of fruit at least, it's not a big deal that they won't eat veggies yet.
We had some success with smoothies, but they had to be pretty basic and fruity. We recently discovered that he likes V8, tho, so when I'm desperate to get some veg in him, we have that to fall back on.

So she ate some chicken sausage with red onion and spinach in it tonight. Then handed me the sautéed spinach from her plate.
