I used to travel for work until our lo came around. When I first started traveling, we weren't married yet and I wondered if he was curious about what I did when I was onsite - especially when I traveled with men. Thankfully, we're both very trustworthy and faithful people and it has never been a problem.
Would you worry about your SO being faithful if he traveled for work or v/v?

I've never worried. He's extremely trustworthy. Not only that, he usually travels with a married, male co-worker for meetings with other married, male co-workers. And they sit around and talk about nerdy things

I'm not too worried about cheating, because I offer free childcare to our children... tough offer to beat! And that goes both ways!!

Probably not, but it might depend on the situation. My dad always traveled (he was an airline pilot), but my dad was also super christian and didn't go out to dinners or for drinks (he didn't drink at all) with the rest of the crew, like many of them do.
Instead, he took up new hobbies every few years and became obsessed with them. He took up guitar, then violin, then mandolin, then tennis, then golf, then long distance running. He would spend alllll his off hours doing those things instead.
So I guess it would depend on how he spends his free time, how often he travels, etc. etc.

Nope and DH does normally travel Mon-Thurs. Lately he has been home on a project but after baby gets here I am sure he will be back on the road.

DH travels a lot and if I didn't trust him 100% I'd have serious problems with it!
I'm completely confident that he wouldn't do anything stupid.
For the following reasons
1. He loves and fears the Lord
2. He knows he'd lose me and both kids if he did
3. During one of his travels we got into a tiff and I didn't text or call him for a day. HAHA. He was miserable and ended up getting sick because he couldn't sleep.
I wouldn't cheat either!

Mine travels for a week every month. We've talked about the cheating temptation when travelling 'cause you'd think it would so easy. But the truth is, he's so trustworthy and would probably die of guilt. So I don't worry.

I trust DH however I am not a fan of his coworkers/supervisors. Most of them are unfaithful to their wives and he's told me on several occasions have tried to get him to do the same.

I don't worry about it. We feel like such an old married couple anymore there are zero trust issues and I know that for the most part when he is away the big thrill is getting a whole bed to himself or ordering room service and taking a really long bath.

Nah, I wouldn't worry. I have serious jealousy/trust issues, but with DH, I know he would never ever do anything to jeopardize our marriage. We both know cheating is insta-divorce (for us), and it's not worth it.

i'll be the odd duck and say there are situations where if DH was to travel for work with certain people i would be uncomfortable. there have been a couple coworkers who have basically thrown themselves at him (even calling his personal cell on weekends because they're upset about things with their SO) and while he didn't do anything with them, i could see given the wrong situation the temptation being there. we don't believe in putting yourself in situations where it would be easy to make a poor choice, so if he did have to travel with one of these women, he would avoid spending time with them and i'd be up his ass on his cell the whole time. haha. i'm a jealous wife =D luckily he only ever traveled with the wrestling team he coached and i didn't mind him spending extra time with a bunch of sweaty guys.

no I don't worry about this at all. later this year I'm going to be abroad for several months and I'm honestly not the least bit worried. it'll suck to be apart, of course, but I don't think it's going to affect our relationship in the long run at all. we were in an ldr at the beginning of our relationship for awhile, and this will be so much easier than that was since we're married now and I'm more confident in what we have.

I do trust him but I agree with @fatkid: that regardless of how much we trust our spouses, that doesnt mean they arent cheating. Because usually most people who find out their spouse was cheating are totally blind sighted by it.
Sometimes the thought crosses my mind, but then I dimiss it as being baseless

I am glad for many reasons that my husband doesn't travel much for work! I totally trust him but I don't trust some of the "ladies" out there! Plus, I agree with @mrs. bird that temptation exists and I'd just as soon we both avoid it.

Before DH's first business trip I worried about it in the abstract, but when it came down to it I do trust him not to cheat. It was also obvious that a)he missed me a ton, and b)he didn't have the opportunity. He called me multiple times a day, texted often, and we did a lot of FaceTime, too.

Not at all. DH is Military and goes here and there and all over for traiing and deployments. I see a lot of cheating and divorce in the Military...but I dont worry about DH at all. I just know he wouldnt.

my husband travels a few times a year and it's never really crossed my mind to worry. I don't have any trust issues with him and he calls me all the time when he's away. I wouldn't like it if he were in situations where women were approaching him, but not because I think he would do anything. I used to have to travel for my old job and I was put into some really bad situations, having to fend off advances from close coworkers and higher-ups - often while they were seriously drunk. Most I didn't even tell my husband about because he would have like, beat people up, lol. It was actually one of the reasons I decided to quit. I would hate to think of my husband in those situations but obviously I know he wouldn't be in danger and I do trust that he would walk away no matter what.

I don't worry at all. My security was cemented as DH's brother recently cheated on his wife while travelling, and DH was livid and sick that his brother would do that to his wife and kids. His disgust with the whole situation, and extreme disappointment in his brother really showed me how much DH values faithfulness in a marriage.

I am confident in our marriage, DH used to work in a different state for 2 weeks/month and I'm absolutely confident in his fidelity. I know not all people know before they "know" but DH is totally an introvert so it would have to be someone who was throwing themselves at him...like I did when me met
With that said, I do have a friend who cheated on her husband this summer (emotional/made out) and trust me you would NEVER guess it when you know her...she's very religious, devoted, etc but she just kind of lost control of her emotions.

I like it when DH travels for work, and have actually encouraged him to do it more. I have no worries about him cheating though.
1-The guy is awkward! I love his goofy, awkward self, but others wouldn't find him as attractive.
2- I trust him. I wouldn't have married him if I felt like I couldn't trust him.
3 - He's a very dedicated Christian, as am I, and wouldn't commit such an egregious sin.
