Do you make any particular effort to give them a lot of other types of dairy throughout the day?

I'm considering giving up the milk war (lol) for my 16mo. Which is a bummer mostly just because I feel like when she's drinking a lot of milk I have permission to not care much when she doesn't eat much at her meals. But I know we're supposed to trust our toddlers to manager their own hunger/intake/blah blah blah so maybe I just need to get over it.

But if I do that... I'm thinking I should at least make an effort to feed her more dairy. Like yogurt in the morning and cheese for a snack every day or something?
