I'm using 5 pound weights for everything but the side lunges with shoulder raise. I have to use 2 pounds for that! I thinking about buying some 7.5 pound weights this weekend. I want to see some results in my arms!

2! I want to move up for some things though. Was thinking 3s, but maybe I should just go for 5s?

5s (10s for the chest press)....but I do only hold one weight with two hands for those pesky side lunges!

@Leialou: same here! 5 in general and 2 or the side lunges, they are a killer!

I used 5lbs until I got to level 3 when you had to do the punches and jumping jacks with them and then I got some 2 lbs for that. 5 was just too much for that exercise but I continued to use them for the rest.
