I've been sick since Monday night with flu-like symptoms and in the last 36 hours or so, all I've had was ginger ale, tea, water, and one bowl of miso soup. I have no appetite and the thought of food makes me gag.
My husband says I HAVE to eat something. My mom says to eat only the things I want to eat.
What do you think?
I would think soup, OJ or toast might be better options than milk, which isn't good for nausea or for mucus-related problems. I hope you feel better soon! Fluids are probably most key. What about Gatorade?
