I voted other because I prefer it curled, but I'm lazy and straightening is so much easier so that's what I end up doing.

My hair is naturally curly and I blowdry/straighten it almost every day. I generally prefer it straight.

I wear it curled when I'm actually doing something, but usually it is straight or up in my classic messy bun/top knot.

I usually curl it, but it falls out quickly so sometimes I just straighten it (I have straight hair already, but this calms the frizz).

I normally would vote curled but right now I have a haircut that looks good straightened, too!! So I curl it about 50% Of the time and straighten it 50% of the time. Today it is straight!

Curls fall out of my hair really quickly so I prefer it straightened.

@DillonLion: I have this problem too! I used to highlight blonde and could get curl to stay in pretty well unless it was really humid. I dyed back to brown post-partum since it had gotten darker during pregnancy, but now I can barely get any curl at all. I'm considering going blonde again just to try to address that! Sad that I need to damage my hair to make it look good??

@DillonLion: I have the same problem. we might be moving to an area with a lower cost of living and one of my first thoughts was "hey maybe I'll be able to afford highlights"

I never wear my hair straight. I either sleep on it wet to get natural waves or curl it. I do not like the way straight hair looks on me because I have super fine hair and it goes flat fast!

Mine is naturally very curly so that's how it's done. I don't even bother straightening my hair myself b/c it takes me a long time and never looks right. However, my hair dresser can do it in 20 minutes. So as long as it isn't the summer or high humidity, my hair is only straightened after I get it cut.

I love curls, but only curl it for special occasions. Otherwise I leave it plain Jane straight.

This was all throughout high school I could use rollers or a curling iron and curls would last all day. Then my hair grew out and I could not get a curl to hold unless I permed my hair. I thought that was my only option but NOT so! Use a flat iron to curl your hair and it will hold for days! My hair would go flat within an hour but using a flat iron my curls last 3 days easy. I love the second and third day bc the curls are bigger and looser. I posted the YouTube tutorial on a previous thread here and you'll see it worked for HLK208 :). And here are photos of my second and third day curls (after I'd been outside all day for a football game). Seriously give it a try! I could not get curls to stay even for an hour until I used the flat iron. The tutorial is below in this old thread:

I prefer curled! I probably wear it that way once a week but it takes a while. So I normally let it air dry (wavy) or straighten.

Straightened - I have wavy hair but find it so much more manageable when straightened!
