Having kids has forced me to learn way more about diet and nutrition. One of the surprises has been how many people have problems with dairy, and how many people have reported feeling much better after not eating any dairy.

I've actually been cutting way back on dairy recently, and I think it's been helping me (lose weight, anyway). I'm considering completely cutting out all dairy, but it's a bit scary. I don't mind cutting back on milk (although I miss my lattes!) and even cheese (though I truly miss eating cheese!). However, I really do love yogurt and hate the idea of not eating it regujlarly.

I just found out though that they have non-dairy yogurt:

So maybe I will take the plunge and go all in on the non-dairy.

Has anyone out there cut out (or cut back) on dairy? Did it help you feel better and/or get healthier?
