For me, I'd buy visits from a cleaning service to have the house cleaned a few times after LO#2 arrives.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: changing pad covers are soo easy to sew if you have a machine or know someone who does! did you ever end up finding the swedish cross (was that what it was called?) curtains?
I would order a pizza and save the rest... wait no, I'd pay someone to come in and finish our painting tasks. I hate painting!

@scg00387: nooooo I didn't find them!! So disappointing. I did did find a swiss cross/plus sign changing pad cover, but not curtains. I kind of changed up my vision for the room because of it, and will probably end up with white curtains. Boo.
I can sew and have a machine, but between working and having a newbie and a toddler, I would rather pay the $ to buy it off ety and save myself some time!

I would definitely buy some new clothes. My pre-pregnancy stuff "fits" with heavy emphasis on the "". But my post-partum office wardrobe is (finally) way huge. It is an annoying in between time that I have, so far, resisted spending any money on. But if I had $300, I'd totally buy myself some pants that fit!
