We were in the doctor's waiting room the other day, when two women sat down near us. K was being her usual friendly self, so we got to talking.
Lady 1: Oh, she's precious! How old is she?
Me: almost 10 months
Lady 1: so sweet. What's her name?
Me: Kennedy
Lady 2 (who was silent until now): Oh! I know a primordial dwarf named Kennedy!
What?!
I died laughing as soon as I left...what does that even MEAN? (Well...I googled primordial dwarfism... But still?)

Ha ha! Some people. The other day, someone asked what my daughter's name was then pulled a horrible face. I stared at her and then she said. "oh, my ex husband's name was Ariel. Sorry." That is not even my daughter's name. I just stared at her deadpan until she moved her ass away.

@redsmarties: how weird! Sidenote- there is a show about that little girl but I think her name may be spelled differently? I must admit I've seen it but DH's co-worker has a Kennedy and I have never thought of the little girl in relation. I wouldn't even know how to answer that randomness.

Just thought Id share this. Kennedy is a famous primordial dwarf. She was on a show on TLC about Primordial dwarfism. She got to meet others like herself. She's a pretty amazing girl. That lady might have been talking about her?
