yes! we went to target and got the summer infant one. I loved it. we used until she was too big..almost 3 months!
eta again: I actually folded a blanket and tucked it under the side her head was resting (not in the thingy, but between bedsheet and bottom of it) to incline her a bit so she didn't spit up after MOTN feeds.

We used the same one as @sorrycharlie. I really liked it! I swaddled LO, then put a rolled up receiving blanket on each side of him so he couldn't scoot over too far (even though the sides are mesh, I didn't want his face smushed on the sides).
