I love my 6 month old son to the moon and back and i would do anything for him. He has been dealing with infant eczema since he was a few weeks old and while the topical cream that the doctor prescribed offered a "band-aid", i'm tired of applying various creams/moisturizers because sometimes i feel like it does more harm than good. there are times where i cry because i don't know how to help treat his eczema...
Right now, he has a horrible and stubborn rash around his mouth and chin, which has been around for a couple of months. The doctor increased the strength of the topical cream, which helped about 70%.
I bought some california baby calendula cream but i don't think DS likes it because he seems to whine everytime i apply it around his mouth.
i think i'm just going to stick with aquaphor and hope for the best...
