My first instinct is that maybe you've changed something in your diet. Even something as small as changing to a different type of drink, or a new snack? If nothing has changed, though, perhaps a quick call to the ped's office could ease your fears.

it sounds to me like 2 things - 1, she might be getting too much foremilk and not enough hindmilk. When the baby doesnt get enough hindmilk, the poop can look frothy because it ahs sugh a high sugar content. 2-the back specks typically mean an excess of iron or some blood. The blood can be caused by irritation in the stomach or intestines from an allergy (typically dairy) or it can be caused by the excess of foremilk as it is rough on the digestive system. Most times, I only nurse Liv on one side per feeding. Im producing enough for her to get full off of one side. If I were to switch, she'd only be getting foremilk. You could try that. Dont switch her sides until she is says she is done on one side

Call the pedi just to be sure, but this sounds like a foremilk issue
