My exclusively breastfed, nearly six month old DS, has been having some nasty poop issues, and I'm not sure if I should be concerned.

For the last 5 days, he's been dealing with very pale colored, massively stinky, sour cream consistency poops. Yesterday they were nothing but liquid. He is currently teething, so this may have something to do with it. And, hes been peeing less today... I have not changed my diet, but we have been traveling a lot (which would be why I have been absent - miss you guys!).

Anyone been thru this? Should I move up his 6 month wellcheck? Everything I've read says not to be concerned, but this just seems really weird to me.
