Have you ever used a glycerin suppository in your LO? Did it yield fast results?!

It worked in a matter of seconds but she was 2.5! Not sure if infant ones are any different ....

Not sure if it was glycerin, but my boy needed suppositories and literally within 3 - 5 seconds, it came shooting out. Duck!

It worked pretty much immediately on the changing table.. Another time we stood her up for one minute and she pooped right away.

It should work within about 5 minutes.

It was fast! She was really backed up!
