Aetna is screwing me over. Doctor wants me to start injectables on cycle day 3, which will most likely be Monday. But, Aetna is majorly dragging their feet. UGH! Don't they know how important this is? (I know they don't care.)
OK. Rant over!!

Sorry about your insurance! Dealing with insurance companies is sooo frustrating (although thank goodness for insurance that covers anything IF related!) I loooove that picture.

Just called the doctor and found out we can't do the injectables and IUI this cycle because of the hold up with insurance.

@Crystal: They need a pre-authorization, which they now have. BUT they are still being slow and not giving us the coverage amount.

I have Aetna and I absolutely hate them!!! I am in the insurance industry and I have never had such bad service. They deny everything and then I have to waste my time and call them to tell them that what they denied is actually covered. They are horrible. My company is hopefully changing at our renewal which I can't wait for!

What do you mean they are not giving you the coverage amt? If they are pre authorized which means they will cover it, isn't that all you need?
