I'm way early in the planning. We plan on making a trip to Vietnam either end of 2016 or spring/summer of 2017, when DD is about 4 and DS is about 2.
some questions:
1) I anticipate DS will still be drinking whole milk in a bottle at that age, what are we going to do about that for the plane ride? What are the current rules for bringing food/drinks onto carryons?
2) Do the kids have to go through the body scan machines?
3) What/how do you console the kids when their ears pop from the pressure on the plane?
4) which asian international airport has a play area for the kids during layovers?
5) The bathrooms are so tiny on the plane, how did you deal with diaper changes?
6) Do you recommend bringing a stroller?
I'm sure I'll have more questions later!
Singapore's Changi airport was the nicest airport I've even been to -- and it has a kids' area.
it was too hot to wear her and she was perfectly happy exploring, and was a little too big (for me) to wear. I loved how convenient it was to have the stroller waiting for us - it made maneuvering the airport so much more convenient!
