What are some good questions to ask at a interview as a potential employee? Besides the usual ones....

Such as what would you say your greatest strengths/weaknesses are?? Is that typical?
leadership related question - such as experience, what you learned from it etc

you mean that you are the interviewee, right? i like to know why people like working there and more importantly, what they dislike about working there or what they think could be improved about the firm. what is expected for the role? what characteristics in a person would make them great at this job?

Exact same as @Jesslc... and I'd also ask about there being room for growth as well.

If I'm interviewing with a future manager, I always ask what their style is as a manager, and what type of feedback I would receive on my performance. I also like to ask what the most important skills are that the ideal candidate would bring to this position.
