My daughter is 3 months + 1 week and I just realized we didn't send out birth announcements? Is it too late?

I don't think it's ever too late. As long as you want to, go for it

I don't think it's too late, but seeing as how we're close to the holidays, maybe a holiday card tie-in with the birth announcement? If it's too far for Christmas, maybe a cute Thanksgiving, "we're thankful for baby" card?

I don't think I sent out DS's birth announcements until that late. I only did it because I wanted to make sure he had one for his baby book hahahaha

I don't think it's too late at all! Think of how much you've had going on the past 3 months- enjoy the process and send away!

I voted send too. I think people will say 'oh what a cute baby' and not 'oh what a late announcement'. A holiday tie in would be cute!

Haha, our gal was born in May and I'm pretty sure her birth announcement will be a part of the Christmas card

@shopaholic: Good idea! Totally didn't think about doing a holiday tie-in. That way, it'll seem late on purpose! haha. I love it! I"ll do a Christmas tie-in since we send out Christmas cards every year. Thanks!

@phdmommy: Sweet! Now i don't feel too bad about sending it out so late!
