Last year when DD turned 2 we had a "Peppa Pig Pizza Party" on the actual evening of her birthday (a Tuesday) at the local pizza joint which services both beer and wine. We had a "no presents please" rule on the invite, and it was frankly awesome. No cleanup, happy tipsy adults, kids full of pizza and gelato.

I've asked DD what she wants to do this year and am getting no answers, which is fine - but is it bad if we just repeat last year's party? Adults seemed to appreciate an easy spot in the neighborhood that didn't take up a Saturday, and I loved that it wasn't at my house.

How about a rainbow theme instead of Peppa at the same pizza place? Lame?
