The title pretty much says it all 
SO and I have some things we want to wrap up this year before we TTC - we will be first time parents! We are looking at somewhere between October and December (depending on how the year goes) to officially pull the goalie and start our TTC journey.
Is anyone else planning similar timing?

We're planning on TTC #2 after LO turns one in November

@lilteacherbee: I'm thinking we're going to do the same thing- it took us such a long time to get pregnant in the first place (9 years with only 1 pregnancy and that was a m/c in 2007) that I don't want to waste toooo much time-- a year seems comfortable to me.
Maybe we'll get BFPs at the same time and have August or September 2015 babies (assuming it doesn't take more then a cycle, which I could only dream of)

We're planning on starting TTC #2 anytime between August 2014 and February 2015... So maybe?

@lilteacherbee: @Mrs. Pink: us too! It's a little crazy that LO is only 11 weeks and DH and I are already thinking about it, but this one took 3 yrs so DH doesn't want to wait any longer.

Yep, probably! LO is only 4 months at the moment but I'd say we'll be trying for #2 around then

Yes we are! LO turns 1 in August so we will start trying in the second half of this year. I'd love a November BFP again so Our LOs are two years apart. I'd be happier with a BFP sooner too. It took 5 cycles last time.

Our plan is to reevaluate our family planning situation by the end of the year. Either we TTC by the end of the year, wait another year, or permanently be one and done.

I am! We will be timing things around my grad school, and unless something changes, it looks like we'll be starting in October or November. This will also be our first.

@krispi: Yay! We are on the same track I like it. Are you trying to time it for when you will be finished grad school, or on a break?

@PermaStudent: Yes, we are hoping to TTC for #1 starting in October/November! DH should be finishing grad school in December so we're hoping to time it that I'm a month or two pregnant when he graduates and then have a few months to settle down before baby comes. Who knows how things will pan out though!!

@IRunForFun: it's great that there will be a few of us on here TTC number one around the same time! We will likely be the first couple amongst our friends to have kids (and the first in both of our families), so it will be great to have people to talk to!

@PermaStudent: we were considering this same timing for TTC LO #2. DD will be 2 in August and I think around three years apart would be good spacing.

I told my husband we can talk TTC at the end of the year...so maybe!
I would like 2-3 yrs and R will be 1 in June so the end of 2014 seems just about right. Crazy!
