Yes. I've dreamed of being a mom since I was about 3. I played with dolls, and played house throughout my entire childhood. I wanted nothing more than to become a mom.

A calling for sure. I could never have lived a full and happy life without being a mother. But I feel very called to have a career one day as well. I need both for sure.

Absolutely. I cannot wait for the day I become somebody's mama I love being a speech therapist but I plan to leave it behind once babies come along. I wouldn't say being a parent is my husband's calling exactly but I know he wants to be a dad quite a bit.

i love it, but it's not my calling. just like being a daughter, wife, cousin, or niece isn't my calling, either.

Hmmm...yes, but not my only calling. I think I was called to do a few things in life. Parenting is one that I prioritize other anything else obviously

No. I will honestly say that before I got pregnant, I wasn't sure I even wanted kids.

No. Part of me feels guilty for saying that, like it's the wrong answer...but I don't mean it badly. He was planned for, I wanted him and he is very much adored, I love being his mom. But I was never the, "Oh, I can't wait to be a mom!" type. I never thought about having kids when I was younger, I was always more focused on what kind of job I wanted to have, and getting one that would help others.

Nope. Even when I was little my dolls were my 'sisters' not my 'children'! I adore my child and being a mother is another role, like being a daughter and wife for me. It is an important part of a larger tapestry of my life.

I'm not sure. I haven't always felt the need to have children (that didn't hit until my mid-20s). Since I'm not a mom (yet), I can't say that it is my calling until I meet my child. Maybe it is and maybe it isn't. I think I can be a great mom either way.

Absolutely. As soon as I had my first LO I fell into the role so easily and naturally. Not to say that there aren't tough days but I feel like the whole parenting thing comes naturally to me. It's strange to think because I never imagined it that way but I guess when I think back there might have been signs that I was just oblivious to.

No. I love my daughter to death. But that doesn't mean I love motherhood to death. I feel like I have a lot to offer in a variety of areas. Being K's mom is great, but it's not my calling in life

I think so.... I've wanted to be a mommy for so so so long. It really made me feel whole having my daughter.
