It isn't for me. I only take the time when I go to work, go out on date nights or meet friends!

Yep. Except weekends but even I don't leave the house without mascara.

Nope.
Mom bun for the win!
I dried my hair the other day but hasn't had a chance to straighten it yet. Dh told me I needed a hair cut & that I looked like the swamp thing.
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22276 posts
No. I rarely get ready during the week. I will do my hair on the weekends but I never wear make up.
GOLD / wonderful pomegranate / 28905 posts
@Mrs. Jump Rope: hahaha. I consider it a win if I have time to comb my hair before my Velcro comes into the bedroom...
apricot / 346 posts
Nope. Not at all. Sometimes if my hair dries a little wild i'll take a straightner to it for literally 3 minutes to tame it down a little, but that's it. No makeup or fancy hair
cantaloupe / 6800 posts
Yeah, every single day!
Hair gets MUCH less attention than it needs though.
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
Yup! just takes 2-3 minutes - I keep it really simple.
grapefruit / 4671 posts
Nope, I am too lazy. I can barely be bothered to straighten my hair for work much less bother with makeup.
pomelo / 5509 posts
Nooooo. Last week I did my hair (by which I mean I dried and straightened it) and put on makeup 3 times and I think it was a record for me.

@locavore_mama: I really do need a hair cut. It took me two hours to dry & flat iron it. I think it needs thinned

@Rainbow Sprinkles: and you always look fantastic!!!
grapefruit / 4923 posts
yes, but just makeup, and it's relatively quick (concealer, powder, eyebrow pencil, blush and lipstick). my hair is a different matter...
apricot / 469 posts
Yes, I do, it's kind of my 'me' thing. However my hair is horrrendous at the moment, half it fell out when I had the baby and now it is growing back so half my hair is 1 inch long frizzing all over the place and the rest is down to my shoulder. le sigh!
hostess / wonderful apple seed / 16729 posts
Nope. I only put makeup on when I go somewhere fancy.
pomelo / 5258 posts
Um, no. Today I reached a new low. As I strolled past Supercuts on a walk with LO I wondered if they would wash my hair while I held LO on my lap. Sick baby is not giving me much time to shower.
I still haven't unpacked makeup from my hospital bag almost 6 months ago - not that I used it then. The shame.

I'm on summer vacation so no, air dry all the way. During the school year I blow dry/straighten 4/5 days. Make up everyday but that's powder, bronzer and mascara. Nothing fancy.
pomegranate / 3895 posts
Yes. I stay at home right now, but still yes. For my sanity.
GOLD / papaya / 10206 posts
Yep. I have to wash my hair every morning so that I can blow dry it properly, and makeup is a must if I'm going to work. Weekends it might just be a little lipstick and some mascara. Always hair though. I'm a hot mess if my hair isn't done.
clementine / 984 posts
@autumnlove: Same as you. And my hair is long and straight so I just comb it out after my shower and it's good to go.
I wear make-up on work days, and that's about it, unless we're getting fancy to go out (not even regular meals out). I did even less in school, though. I'd only wear make-up on presentation days, interview days, or when judges/justices were coming to speak - probably 10 times a year, tops.
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
Um, no. I almost never wear make-up period, though. Only if we're going out or something. And my hair is generally pulled into a bun or ponytail. If I have the time and am feeling fancy I blow-dry it and curl or straighten it, but it's rare. Maybe once a month.
kiwi / 711 posts
Yes it is. I am scary without it. And I feel like my day is better when I am semi put together.
honeydew / 7917 posts
I put on makeup maybe once or twice a year. I look fine without it and prefer to have a clean face on.
bananas / 9229 posts
Yep to both! On occasion hair is up in a wet messy bun. Otherwise flat ironed.
nectarine / 2765 posts
Heck yes! I can't function til I've taken a shower/washed & dried my hair and put at least a lil make up on. It must happen even if I'm going to be home all day.
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21628 posts
I usually don't put on makeup if I'm not going out or to work.
pomelo / 5621 posts
Yes, mostly something simple. Even if I'm not going anywhere. It helps me feel like my normal self.
GOLD / wonderful olive / 19030 posts
Yes every week day, I will skip makeup on weekends unless we are going somewhere, if we are just hanging out at home I will shower & let my hair airdry and no make up.
pomelo / 5524 posts
Hair, yes! Makeup...heck no. I just don't have the time. Plus...I just don't care as much with the makeup. I've never been a big makeup person unless it's a special occasion.
wonderful pear / 26210 posts
I wear makeup when I go to the large office, otherwise bare face.
My hair though, I attend to. When I don't, I feel badly about myself. My current style is wash and wear though, I just wash, towel dry and scrunch in curl cream.
kiwi / 742 posts
I don't usually do my hair or make up on the weekends. I will only bother with them if we are going out with friends, family or on a date night. Otherwise it's topknot and bare face all weekend.
wonderful pea / 17279 posts
No. Make up is reserved for work conventions and out with friends. I don't spend time salon styling it, but it looks neat.
