It is for me. I wasn't super thin before getting pregnant, but I wasn't overweight either. After I had J I worked really hard to lose the weight, and did in 6 months. But my weight just keeps going up. I'm almost 15 lbs+ from pre-pregnancy and I didn't even notice!
It's a lot harder to keep the weight off post-baby.
I also had more time at 22... and even more energy. How does that even happen?!
