I ordered a copy of Paleo Comfort Foods in an attempt to find some GF recipes for my husband (his sister has celiac and he's starting to accept that he may as well - he's finally asking his dr to test him). Except that I have a peanut/tree nut/coconut allergy, and when I got it I was appalled at how many of the recipes call for these ingredients! Can I make any substitutions for coconut oil or coconut/almond flour? Or is paleo just not possible for us?
