My breakfast "meal" is the same almost every single day. I make and freeze smoothies for the week on Sunday and that's what I have every morning.

When I went back to work after our older daughter, I had a heck of a time coming up with family meals within an hour of getting home (ok, let's be honest, within 30 minutes of getting home), so I started to do "pasta Friday" every week!
It is great because it can do whatever you want-LOTS of veggies, meat, seafood, tomato-based, etc.
We have strayed a little from it lately, but whenever I feel frazzled, we always have pasta Fridays!

We make homemade pizza every sunday! it is a "treat" and healthier, and cheaper, than eating out a lot.
i also eat oatmeal for breakfast every day and so does lo.

I hope this thread lives on! I like it. We eat salmon once a week. Then I get sick of it and we eat Mexican once a week. Lately I've been on a ramen kick. I could eat gyoza, ramen, rice once a week.

Usually at least once a week we have spaghetti but during the weekdays, we generally have sausage pinwheels every morning. During the weekend, we usually have at least one breakfast with eggs and bacon.

I usually make a basic roasted chicken with steamed veggies once a week. It's not super glamorous, but it is super healthy.

@Mrs. Jacks: stir fry them with bean sprouts, scallion, egg and chopped up chicken breast. I will usually add oyster sauce, tamari etc and a bit of sesame oil. In the summer, I make a thai noodle salad with shrimp, coriander, lime etc. Delicious and tastes too good to be as healthy as it is.

We eat some type of pasta every Tuesday and the leftovers Wednesday since my DH has band practice Wed and has about 5 minutes to eat dinner before leaving. I make a huge batch of it and there is usually even enough for lunch on Thursday if we aren't too sick of it by then!
