That's a beautiful dress! This one's a toughy, but I'm going to go with no. I steer clear of anything white for weddings because you just never know how the bride will feel, and I'd rather not take the risk (or worry about judgment from others).
I wanted to call out the judgment part because I've heard people make comments about other guests they've observed that have worn whitish type clothing to weddings.

I saw that dress on Nordstrom and its soooo pretty! And it comes in petite!
I voted yes... It seems like there is enough all over print that it doesn't scream "white dress" to me.

@sandy: @sunny: I love how us west coasters are still up at midnight talking about dresses and things.

I didn't even think about the colour when I voted yes! I was only looking at its fanciness and appropriateness and those both get a resounding yes from me.
To be fair though, I don't really give a toss about what people think regarding a dress having a bit of white in it at a wedding. I say as long as it is not a formal, all white gown that could be mistaken for a wedding dress, you are perfectly fine. If someone else has an issue with white in a dress, that's their problem, not yours.

@sandy: I think so! I almost bought the exact same one, and for a black tie wedding too. I think it's really pretty.

I love this dress so so so so much. It has so much blue, I think it's safe.

It's a beautiful dress, but I agree with your statement of if you have to ask, the answer is no. If I were the bride, I personally wouldn't have a problem with it, but I know a lot of other brides (or even guests) wouldn't be pleased, so as a guest I'd take the safe route and not wear it.

I wouldn't wear it to a wedding. Too much white for me. Just not worth the risk of the bride getting upset.

Is it a day or night wedding? For day, I say yes. For night, I say no. The color didn't bother me. I didn't know if the material was dressy enough for night.

@sunny: that's why I'm really stuck on it! The price is right and it comes in petite!

I didn't even notice the color! It's gorgeous and I'm sure you'll rock it!

It's totally wedding appropriate and I go to a boatload of weddings!!

Wear it. It's pretty and completely spring/summer wedding appropriate.

I think it's fine for a summer or daytime wedding! If you're a little nervous throw on a bright blue or navy sweater/shrug/shawl over it and then once you are more comfortable throw it off and dance the night away!

Totally. I love it! Actually, now I want it for a summer wedding!':)

If I were the bride I wouldn't mind but I always err on the side of caution so I probably wouldn't wear it myself.

Yes. Ive been to lots of weddings where guests wore white dresses like that and its never been a problem. Heck Ive been to weddings where the MOB wore a white dress, completely white and the bride was in ivory.

I just never think it's ok to wear a long white dress to a wedding - sorry!

Thanks for your input ladies! I'm going to pass even though I love love love this dress. Even a few people thinking it's too much white is enough to make me pass even though I just love it.
@sapphire: it comes in yellow too but not nearly as pretty with the floral pattern they have on it. There is also a pink dress that's different but similar drape. What do you think? Not ok bc the flowers are white?
