It's gone 7pm and A has been down for over an hour. FINGERS CROSSED she stays that way. No screaming, no pacing up and down for hours, no rocking all night... is this how everyone else lives? I love it!

LOL. I remember the first night my newborn LO didn't make us pace all over the house, swing her for hours and hours while she cried and fought sleep, and instead just went to sleep. I felt like; you read about this happening...but you start to think it will never happen to you!
The newborn stage is hard; hang in there - it does get better, and what you're experiencing tonight does become the new normal.

Yeah, mine is 5 and goes to bed around 7 on school nights. He's been going that early since he was like 1, so yeah it's lovely.

Congrats! I hope it is, but our little man took a few hours to go down to sleep tonight... if your little bundle continues that way, keep those fingers tightly crossed!

How old is your baby? Yes it is for us for a very long time, since he was 4 or 5 months maybe (unless if he's sick)? It seems to be your life too now. Yay congrats and good luck!
