Does she have family of her own? My aunt was divorced a while ago and her exhusband kept coming to our functions for years (until he remarried) because we were his only family. It was weird, but it must be hard sometimes to cut ties with a family as well as an exspouse? Especially if your kids are still part of that family?
I don't know, I totally would find it awkward as well.

My aunt and uncle are divorced and both remarried but my uncle still comes to family functions some times. He was at the hospital when my grandpa died and came to the family lunch after the funeral. He also takes family pictures for my aunt, her husband, and my cousin. But...everyone gets along amazingly well. In fact, I always say that I never want a divorce in a million years but if we do get a divorce, I want it to be like theres.

That being said, I think your situation is really strange but I don't think there's much you can do without looking insecure and like a witch. I think you just have to ride it out and I'm guessing that over time things will start to fade.

The Cabo thing would REALLY piss me off. Is there not a first right of refusal clause in the custody agreement? If there is, your husband could likely take her to court over it although I'm not sure what that would achieve. If there isn't a clause like that in there it might be something to look into.
