My girls are actually a quarter Irish! DH is German and Irish.
Do your LOs have any Irish in them?

Yes but not much. Their great great grandmother on my side was full Irish.

I'm from the most Irish place outside of Ireland. Everyone, except for new immigrants, is Irish descendent, and the cultural practices, foods, names, and even the accents are still in place. St. Patrick's Day is a holiday there, a way of celebrating our heritage, and not just a commercial money-making endeavour. (That being said, I do love how everyone wants to be Irish this day!)
When my dad did our genealogy, we had to go back to the late 1600s to find someone who was not Irish, or Irish descendent. In just the last 80 years, someone in my family has married a Collins 3 times. And I have an Uncle Paddy! So, yeah, very Irish!

A little bit. My maiden name is Donley, but I'm only about a quarter. They are Scottish, though, from their dad's side (and a good chunk of German from me).

My grandma was from Ireland and I'm 1/4 Irish. They are a mix of Irish, French, native American, Italian, and German.

Yes, he is more Irish than anything else although my husband is a big mix of things. He never met his Irish grandfather so he doesn't really relate to that part of his heritage. My family is super Irish and LO has an Irish name so he'll be well aware of it.

A pinch! My great grandfather was from Ireland and my maiden name is Irish.

Not biologically but culturally. (Ah the beauty of adoption, although I'd be surprised if there isn't some Irish in me in any case).
My mom is full on Irish though.

Assuming family surnames are also in my blood then yes, my LO will be a smidge Irish.

I am, but I don't think LO is! If I'm remembering correctly I think she's mostly German and Czech.

He is from my side! And my DH is Scottish and has reddish hair, so I'm hoping for a little ginger boy

Small bit!
DH is 3/4 Italian and 1/4 Irish
I am Native American and German!
So she has a touch

I'm 1/4 Irish (well scotch-irish mix) and my husband is 3/4 irish so I guess that makes LO 1/2 irish?

We are kind of a wonder pot of ethnicity. DH is fully German, my dad's family was German/Greek and my mom's was Irish/Czech decent with some Native American in there as well. This is all several generations back.

100% - well maybe 51%. I am 100% Irish born and raised but married a New Yorker so LO is half Irish and half New Yorker - but I'm taking the extra 1% because I carried him for 9 months so I have slightly more ownership!

Not at all. I even forgot today was St. Patrick's Day and sent him in blue instead of green. Oops!

He is!
I'm not Irish (though I'm a redhead and live in Boston).
My husband's family is Indonesian. From Indonesia, moved to Holland and then came to US. His mother used to say that he was Irish and I didn't believe her but I found out on ancestry.com that DH's father's mother was Irish and from Australia. So LO is 'a wee bit Irish' after all!

DH is part Irish, so that makes the babies 1/8 Irish, I think.

Nope! DH and I are both just American. Haha. We both have Scottish heritage but both families have been in America for 10+ generations.
