I think that Elliot is just becoming ticklish and it's so fun!! When he's in a good mood a belly tickle will get out a looong laugh from him and I love it!

@Running Elley: lo didn't start to have a tickly neck until she was older and the chubs went away. Now that she's a toddler she will lift her chin up as a sign she wants to be tickled
