Aka, attached frenum? And if so, did you get it snipped?
BOTH Wagon Jr. and Lil Miss Wagon have attached frenums. They must get it from Wagon Sr., who has it and wore a bib until he was 3, and still can drool if he isn't paying attention (usually sleeping). It hasn't caused any problems for Wagon Jr. yet, and so far so good for Lil Miss Wagon as well. The biggest concerns are breastfeeding (poor latch) and speech. Our dentist (and friend) told us they should all come in from frenulectomies at some point. They do it with a laser and it's apparently pretty painless. But I'm not sure I want to make them all go through it if they'd be fine without it!
