@autumnlove: lots of use! But, we keep in the kitchen!
DH wanted to put it in the playroom and I think it would collect dust in there!

It gets less use than I would like it to/than I thought it would.
Mostly because we keep it in the (finished) basement and aren't down there a lot. I hope this will change when DD2 is old enough to be more trustworthy around art supplies. If it were only DD1 (3.5 yrs), I'd leave it out in our living room with crayons and markers, and take out paint/other materials for special days. DD2 (19 months) has JUST stopped eating crayons/markers...and has progressed to coloring on EVERYTHING when she gets ahold of them, so for now all art time has to be very strictly supervised.

DD1 is very into arts and crafts so it gets a lot of use! We have also used it in the past for pictionary when the older cousins are in town.

DUST. It's upstairs and we don't have a good place to put it that isn't on carpet. She never uses it. She uses her little table to draw and color instead.

Gets a lot of use! Its been many things over the years, but LO is 6 now so its currently her 'teachers chart stand' for playing school.

over the summer, it was in constant use, because we kept it outside. now that's it is cold out, it collects dust and she does art on the table.

She has been using it a lot lately. She got the Ikea one for Christmas lately. We keep crayons on the ledge so she can go color whenever she wants.

Collecting dust.
She can't really erase the dry erase board so thats tough and the baby eats chalk (maybe it tastes good to him)? And we never really pin up art work.

Dust. Actually it's in our storage unit. I was thinking that the next time we go there I will pull it out for the winter. It got a lot of use last winter on cold days.

Lo only uses it occasionally, but I actually do a lot of seasonal chalk drawings on it, so it serves as decoration when not in use. I like it.

@Mrs Green Grass: pretty drawing! Is that the IKEA easel?

Eh, I am really hoping it is not a dust collector for us. MIL got LO the Melissa & Doug easel with paint, paint brushes, etc. I feel like art is better on a table or on the patio but she really wanted to get her an easel... we'll see! It would be awesome if LO loved it.

Well currently it's under her bed to make room for the Christmas tree. But she actually uses it a lot. Ours has a whiteboard/ magnetic side wth letters and chalk side. We don't want chalk in the living room so I just put paper up for her to use crayons on it. But it goes right in the middle of our living room since it's the only open space we have. When we have a better set up I think she will love painting on it!
