Hi girls, I wanted to give you a little update. We just had our first ultrasound and saw TWO little hearts beating away. We're having twins! Even though I knew that was a possibility with transferring two, I am in total shock that I am going to be growing two humans in my body! The doctor said they look perfect with two distinct, great implantation sites. They are even measuring two days ahead. Here's a pic of our little babes:

I owe you ladies an update.

My wtf appointment was last week. We decided to do the FET in November. My RE's success rate with FETs is really high. I'm hopeful that it will work for us as long as our embryos are genetically ok. We saw a photo of our four remaining embryos and they looked great!

@Leialou: I'm glad you got some answers, and that you got to see the snow babies. Fingers crossed for November!!! (Out of curiosity...it's not really called a "wtf" appointment, right? Just checkin )

Ok, all... You are getting to me. Last night I dreamed that we decided to do IVF for another baby... but I was keeping all the embryos in my home freezer and I had this color coding system to keep them all straight. Then we went to this RE who we knew was shady but super cheap and we were debating whether to put in one or two embryos... but somehow there were like 6 in my home freezer.

All very weird!

@twodoghouse: @tequiero21: Isn't it funny? We wanted an egg from our daughter's mom which is why we were doing IVF. I'm still tripping over the whole experience.

I just got my first beta results! The nurse said they looked very good at 72 for 13dper (11dp2dt)! I go back for the second beta on Thursday. She did let me schedule my first ultrasound for 10/14!
