Just had another monitoring appointment this morning - my E2 is 250 and I have 5-10 follicles (<11mm) on each side and one 11.5mm one on the right. I asked the nurse for a guess on when my ER would be and she said probably Sunday to Tuesday!

@Shutterbug: Yay for a great appointment - sounds like these are moving right along! Hope the rest of your week goes well. Are you going in daily or every other day for monitoring?

I'm just trying to finish out my work today so that I can focus entirely on the transfer and resting tomorrow! Husband and I are going to get a nice dinner and one final glass of red wine (hopefully my last for 9 months!)
This day is dragging and work-wise pretty crappy. I just want it to be tomorrow! -
@SweetiePie: eeeeek!!! I'm so ridiculously excited for you. Yes, rest is a must! Enjoy that glass of wine (or two...) and the night with your husband. Sending you every manner of positive thinking for your little snow baby tomorrow!

I was trying to stay totally clean in the couple of weeks before Transfer...but then I realized that a glass or two won't hurt anything, and I'd hate to be making a big fuss over prepping my womb if it doesn't even end up working! Then I'll just be mad that I passed up a glass of wine when I wanted it
Sunday night we went to Nobu for sushi because I wanted one last hurrah with that too! (just in case!) Though I'm sure a place like Nobu is safe even after pregnant...but still...it was fun to have an excuse to splurge and make it seem ceremonial! Haha. -
@SweetiePie: while you're at it, take one for me, too! Though I'm OK with a little bit of wine now and then, but there's none in my house right now

@apex: you and some of the other bees were right! I've got twins cooking! I had my first ultrasound yesterday and the doctor says "so there's two in there" and I yelled "Holy $hit this is crazy!" haha. I'll be 7 weeks on Friday.

I'm just laying in the recovery room all suited up and ready to go! It's scheduled for 1pm!Question - did all of you IVF veterans go back to work after the 2nd day? I know today and tomorrow I'm on bedrest. Wondering if I should just plan on laying low Friday as well to be safe.

@SweetiePie: hm, my RE hasn't said anything about any bedrest at all (although I haven't even gotten to the ER yet!) If you can do it, or work from home, I would - why not?

Yeah, multiple board is kinda quiet, but I think it'll pick up with all the new twin mamas!
