@blackbird: my DH loves that website but I was always intimidated by it. It's nice to see something geared specifically to postpartum (and in a healthy way). I didn't get back into shape between pregnancies 1 and 2 and I can't wait to get my body back!

@cmomma17: You mean the bodybuilding.com website? I totally know what you mean! I feel like i have to wade through so much meathead crap to get to the good stuff. I really like her in general, though, and follow her on IG and while she's obviously ultrafit, she has a ton of good info for us regular peons down here
