I hate making New Year's resolutions, BUT my twins are almost two years old and I need to get rid of the extra weight NOW! Plus seeing some family members over the holidays struggling with health issues just spurred me into wanting to get back in shape now.
DH and I made a promise to each other that we'd exercise 20 minutes day every day in January. Assuming we can keep that up, increasing after...20 seems so doable.
Anyone else with me? We can discuss exercise routines, healthy eating, whatever.
