I guess I’ll hop on here. My depo expires in January and as of now we won’t be using any other BC. So it may take awhile to regulate but I expect I’ll be Poas monthly or more since I’m a fan of beer. I won’t really actively be able to time TTC until my cycle has regulated- or we can just DTD every other day till it happens.

Started metformin again recently for PCOS, and will be heading back to the RE in January if unsuccessful this month. We took a break from actively trying after two failed clomid cycles this past summer. Started back trying in October. I got a positive opk yesterday and we BD, and will try to BD today and tomorrow as well. I used to be a late ovulator, and even later post DD (CD 21 or 28 day cycle), but metformin has been giving me positive opk on cd 14/15 the past two months

I'm back after a much needed break from hellobee. I was starting to get really down and needed to work on myself. I'm doing my first medicated IUI this cycle. Excited but so nervous! My next monitoring appointment is 1/2.

Still vaguely nauseated but tests are negative; I know it’s still early but I’m not optimistic. Next cycle we are going to take it easier bc I need to do some health things and I want to focus on that.

Anyone else afraid to POAS or is that just me...? I don't want to be disappointed since I know if I am not pregnant we are going to hold off for awhile... Tomorrow is day one and I decided I wouldn't test until Friday (3 days late) to not have any disappointment if I don't get my period between now and then. Anyone else struggling and afraid to be disappointed?

@JLC53: Welcome to the board! I can relate to your fears. I've gotten afraid of POAS disappointment, too, and last cycle I didn't even bother testing. I just waited to see if AF would arrive (it did). I didn't want to waste a test and stare at a negative if I didn't have to.

@JLC53: that’s me. I want to know but also the negatives are bumming me out and I would just rather wait at this point I think. Your plan sounds good, im trying to wait until Friday as well though I won’t be late at that point.

@JLC53: @afc061018: Me, too! I know I haven't joined yet this month, but I have severe POAS anxiety. Like hands shaking. We've been trying for #2 for 9 months and I've just waited for AF to arrive lately. It still sucks but I don't have to stare at a negative test mocking me.
The problem is is that I am 17 dpo (no AF yet,) and while I sometimes have a 16 day luteal phase, I am usually spotting for a couple days beforehand and I am not spotting at all.. Oh and my husband has a semen analysis today that wouldn't need to happen if I were pregnant...but I am too scared to test! Sorry for the novel, but I totally get it! -

@JLC53: on the bright side, I feel like waiting for AF to show up without testing and getting a BFN just adds insult to injury, so I think I would rather know early so I know to expect it the cramps and general discomfort.

Was a maybe this month (NTNP in Dec/Jan but def BD'ed right before O) but I am officially out. (13 DPO and spotting/cramps, AF due tomorrow).
