LADIES. My temp jumped 0.61 degrees this morning! Someone tell me this means nothing and my body is punking me. AF will arrive on Sunday. THIS MEANS NOTHING. (In a TV show I would post this and it would promptly cut to the next scene in which I got my period and the voiceover would be, "It really did mean nothing." XD)

@afc061018: i had a dip and then my temp jumped way up for 2 days, then on the third my period showed. But it could also be an implantation dip. Fingers crossed!

Okay so I caved and took a test today (no self control)I got distracted with DD and I didn’t get a chance to look at it until about 20-30 mins later. I *think* I see a faint line. Is it even possible to get a positive this soon if I ovulated on the 12th or 13th? Could this be an evap line? I had a chemical in early July and a mc in October. So I’m trying to not get too excited over this.

@flowercrown: i see it but it doesn't look like it has color. 8 or 9dpo is super early but some people get positives. I vote retest since we don't know when the line popped up. Fingers crossed!

@MamaBear87: it looks a little more pink/purple in person but I agree it’s definitely super early. If it was positive do you think it’s likely I ovulated between the 12th-13th? Im still a little new to the TTC game lol. We got super lucky with DD, and didn’t really start *trying* until this past July. I haven’t used opks or anything yet. So I’m just guessing on cm sorry for the TMI lol

@flowercrown: were you just tracking cm? No charting or anything? I think usually fertile cm dries up pretty much as soon as you o but not the case for everyone. No way to know for sure without other tracking. But fingers crossed none the less

@Ms.Mermaid: No, and I'm so depressed even though I suppose I should be excited? No AF and my temp is still elevated (was 98.41 this a.m.). It hasn't dipped below my cover line since I ovulated, but this a.m. my cheapo test came back BFN at 12dpo. I have no AF symptoms and feel completely normal other than being really and truly bummed out by that BFN. I have no other tests, so I'm just going to watch my temp and wait for AF.

@Ms.Mermaid: I'm not feeling like I'll have to. I just had some light pink spotting, so I assume AF is on the way. I think it's safe to assume I'm out. I slept horribly last night so that must have thrown off my temp. Thanks for checking on me though.

Tested with FMU this morning saw a squinter in the 3 min window. This is the test today an hour after I tested. I’m feeling hopeful!

I am only like, 5 DPO but I seem to be totally off the symptom spotting crazy train, which is nice because I'm not anxious about it, but also I'm pretty convinced that this cycle didn't work. I know it's still really really early but I'm just feeling kind of defeated? Also, my husband's parents are coming February 1 to babysit for us so we can go out and that is the same day AF is due and I'm just not sure I'll be up to be a fun and cheerful date for my husband if this cycle wasn't successful, but I was thinking I maybe didn't want to test early so I didn't have to lie to my inlaws if this cycle was successful. (My MIL said multiple times with my SIL that she hated knowing early, so I figure we will wait until at least 10 weeks again to tell.)

I tested this morning and it was negative and then I looked at the strip at lunchtime and imagined a line. I hadn’t peed in awhile so I took another cheap brand test and could swear I saw the faintest of faint lines on that too, so I dipped at FRER in the same cup and....
