J.Crew Factory is having a 40% everything promotion for Labor Day and I desperately need new work clothes so I'm thinking of placing an order. Anyone have favorite items? I've never purchased before. I am liking the Winnie pants but not sure if the clothes are decent quality( http://factory.jcrew.com/womens-clothing/pants/chino_cotton/PRDOVR~28637/28637.jsp?color_name=black)? Obviously much nicer price point than j.Crew itself. Thanks!

I'm not sure about those specifically, but I've had pretty good luck with JCrew Factory in the past. The quality definitely is different than their regular stuff, but still nice and the design and fit are good! Does the sale have a "no returns" catch, though? If not -- go for it!

I love EVERYTHING I have ever gotten here... And it's a lot of stuff! Specifically, great pencil skirts, button down shirts and blazers, but blazers are still pricey. Have afew dresses and a belt also. They have great shorts and those will likely be a steal this time of year. The 7 in length is perfect...not too short to be trashy but short enough not to be old-ladyish.
Basically, you can't go wrong!
