She gave birth today to a boy and named him Ace Knute Johnson.
Thoughts on the name? I don't love or hate Ace, but Knute is blah.

Knute?! How do you even say that? I don't love the name. Ace would be cute with a different last name

@luckypenny: I thought the same things!
How do you say that?!
Congrats to her though & it's still better than North West! bah!

I'm with @luckypenny:! How do you say it?
What I *think* is the way you say it I hope is wrong When I tried to look up the pronunciation it said Knute is a 1 syllable word pronounced Knute...hmm helpful.
Don't love or hate Ace, but congrats!

Congrats to her and Eric!

How is this not as big of news as Kim kardashians? I have WAY more respect for Jessica than Kim. Congrats to Jessica! Im not totally hating the name... Its better than North West (like wtf?).

I read its pronounced ka-nute. Apparently it's her baby daddy's Swedish grandfather's name. Not one I would ever personally pick

A local anchor woman here recently got married and changed her name (last) to Kanute. I'm guessing it's someone's last name?
And yeah, it's ka-nute. A very interesting name, at least it's not his first.

I think Ace is cute. I don't care for Knute but if it's a family name they get a pass in my book! Congratulations to them!

@Boopers: that's the same pronunciation as one of my friends. I like the use of family names.
Her daughter is really cute, I bet little Ace is too. Congrats to them!

@Lindsay05: i noticed interest waned on her second pregnancy too. Maybe because it happened so soon after her first, which was a circus. Seemed like she was pregnant forever with her daughter and just popped up pregnant and popped out her son.
Ace is a cool name. Sounds like a nickname though.

@blackbird: Ahh yes, Maxi. Yea not a fan of either of those names but I really don't care too much for how they sound together.

I like it. It's more normal then let's say...North.
I'm so happy for them.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: The only reason I knew that she was pregnant with her second one so quickly is because Weight Watchers dropped her as a spokesperson by basically not keeping with the terms of her contract.

@grizz: haha, that bear was the first thing I thought of too! Don't care for Ace.

It's different, but not horrible.
Not one I would choose, but that goes for most celeb-baby names

I actually like that name - it's different but not bizarre. I really like the use of a family name too. Congrats to them.

I really like it! I mean, I don't like Knute (read it's pronounced ka-nute) but I like that it's a family name. Way better than her daughter's name.
I feel like she was pregnant for 75 years. Maybe she just announces early?
