@LIL BEAN: Congrats lady! There's no denying a positive digital! Please tell if you think you did anything differently this month. And when will be your EDD?

@organicmama: Thanks for letting me know about the clomid. How are you feeling today. What CD are you?

@AmeliaBedilia: What kind of work news? News from your old job, or your new job that I don't think you've yet started? I hope its good news!

@fotolori1: Well shit. My progesterone was only 12.7. Please remind me if you are currently on clomid.

@fotolori1: well I hope you won't need your clomid cycle and you get your BFP this cycle! But in case you dont, we can be clomid buddies I am on cd 4 of my first clomid cycle. My RE tested my levels last month and I was at 10.6 for progesterone. She told me that our bodies produce surges of progesterone every 90 mins so that can sometimes account for varying levels. Even at 10.6 though, she said I was "satisfactory but not great". Hey, I wanna be a progesterone/estrogen ALL STAR so pass the clomid!

So there was a small plane crash locally over the weekend that killed the three people aboard the plane. One was a guy around me and my husband's age so I'm such a stalker that I looked up his wife. I have a random suspicion from looking at her FB page that she may have been dealing with infertility. And now her husband, plus her father who was also in the plane, have passed away. That surely puts all of our problems into perspective.

@mrsmcd: lol! How do you think I feel at a puny 10.7?? Last night I had pretty uncomfortable heart burn (which I haven't had in several years) so either my vitamins got stuck in my throat or the clomid causes heartburn. I will further analyze those hypotheses tonight and let ya know

@organicmama: Oh my gosh. I so feel the same about clomid at this point. I want it like I want candy.

@organicmama: Hahahaha. I can only imagine the 10.7 feeling. But that's a thing of the past! Hopefully the heartburn was just vitamins in your throat. Either way that totally sucks.

@organicmama: I was on 50mg of clomid this month, it has worked for me in the past as far as causing me to ovulate. I just had higher levels around 24. When I was on 100mg, my level was 40, but that was only for a the "clomid challenge test". I have been on 50 every other time. The surges you mentioned may have something to do with my fluctuating temperatures! I will be in the 99.6 range to the 97.8 range since ovulation. I am soooo confused with all of this stuff. Everytime I think I have the hang of it and know what is going on, something else changes.

I have been reading that people have been pregnant with levels like 5 and 6, and my best friend had a level of 13 at 6 weeks! She started the suppositories and everything was fine!

@fotolori1: I'm sorry your levels were low. I know a lot of women on here who upped their dose to 100 and had success!!! FX!!! and thank you for the sweet well wishes.

@MrsMcD: I hope there is just the tiniest bit of fluid or something in the way and they "clear the cobwebs" as SeptCa likes to say. Either way report back to us. If this isnt the fix i am very optimistic about clomid.

@organicmama: For you as well. Clomid raises estrogen so i really feel like it is gonna do the trick.

Thinking of al of you and I will be checking in regularly.

@MrsMccarthy: @LIL BEAN:Yes!!! This warms my heart! Congrats ladies!!

I'm headed out to training the rest of this month. We will only hit O-4, but hitting all the right days or none of the right days hasn't gotten us anywhere, so I'm not worried about it! I'll pop in periodically. I'll miss our shenanigans around here. Be well friends!

    @MrsMccarthy: Thanks, lady!

So I'm taking doxycycline hyclate yesterday and today as prescribed by my obgyn in connection with my hsg today. My advice is to take it with food. Barf. Don't take it on an empty stomach. Doh! Why do I learn the hard way?

@MrsMcD: thanks for checking in on me! i tried to take it easy this cycle--no temping or OPKs since we were on vacation at the beach during O week. Previous cycles O has been CD13 or 14...so going by that I am 10/11 dpo (B-complex still working to lengthen LP!!) Have been a little crampy for the past two days.

As far as how I am mentally this cycle...not optimistic. It's cycle 9 and I think I am just tired of getting my hopes up every time and have started wondering if it will ever even happen. Feeling pretty blah about it right now. I'm usually an early tester (8 dpo until AF) but just do not have a desire to test. Just feeling pretty bummed out this cycle!!

ETA: Is it just me or does everyone else look up to see a pregnant woman walking by every 5 seconds when your in public?? My. Gosh.

@eabae: Glad to hear you are still doing well.... Keep your hopes up, though! Fertile week while on a beach vacation, minus the stress of temping?!?!? You are in a good spot, lady! I'm keeping my hopes up for you, even if you aren't doing it for yourself.

As for pregnant girls... yes, I see them everywhere. Seriously, everywhere.

@dc yoga bee: Good luck with the training!! BD when you can. Maybe your DH can drive out to meet you for a quickie. That might be hot!

@ctegge0416: Yep, I am feeling better. Stuffing my face with food seemed to do the trick.

@MrsMccarthy: and @AmeliaBedilia: Thanks for asking about the HSG! It was quick and painless. And my tubes looked all clear! And no insurance co-pay. I'll be heading back to my doctor on the 15th to go over the results and get a presription for clomid.

@MrsMcD: glad to hear the hsg went smoothly and hoping for good things with clomid for you (or that knocking around in there does the trick on its own)!

@eabae: yes pregnant people everywhere. Sometimes i try to take it as a hopeful sign, but other times it is just annoying.

Speaking of signs, the license plates where I live switched to 7-letter/number combos in the last few years and we are in BF_ on the newer cars. So when I drive around all day, I see "BFPXXXX" and "BFNXXXX" all the time! Again, every time I see a BFP one I get excited and vice versa. I know this is ridiculous but I thought if anyone would understand, you ladies would!
