Lo is 21 months and figured out that jumping on her toddler bed and the sofas causes a rise out of me and her daddy. She's fallen and hurt herself a few times already and we can't seem to break this new past time! I've tried everything ..any tips?

Bah. This makes me crazy too. Mostly I give her a good, stern warning. The second time she does it, I usually take her off the couch/bed and distract her. Sometimes there are tears. After a few times, she got the drift.
Good luck!

I actually let my son jump on our bed, but only if I'm standing there watching. He isn't allowed to jump on anything else though.

This is one of my "pick your battles" things - he/she isn't hurting the bed or couch so I let them do it. They have a blast!
If you don't want them to do it I say just be consistent and eventually they will learn its not allowed.

Sounds to me like you don't like this behaviour and want to curb it?
I would first work on my reaction, I know that if I just ignore my son and redirect him to something else, it's usually enough to stop the behaviour.
