And it wasn't as hard as I expected since I heard so much about it! I haven't worked out in 4 years but I survived!
Anyone else doing the shred? Anyone want to join?

I loved the Shred before I was pregnant, getting ready for my wedding day....I better get the DVD again since I gave it away. Ooh you are getting me motivated!
eta: just ordered it --but it will take a week until it gets here.

I own it and did it long before I was ever pregnant. Really want to get back in shape soon so maybe I will dust it off never made it 30 straight days in the past!

I don't find the Shred to be that bad, but I was the crazy woman doing Level 1 while pregnant. Try her Ripped in 30 video. THAT'S hard.

I'll join! Just started last week and have finished 3 days so far. It's hard when I'm just getting back in to working out again! (7 w pp here)

I want to join, in two weeks though when I'm back from visiting family!
@BKCaribBaby: Would you recommend doing the Shred first and then trying the Ripped, or just go straight to the Ripped? I admit, I haven't worked out in 2 years!

@cranberryapple: Definitely do the Shred before Ripped in 30. I would say that Ripped in 30 is much more challenging. I think the Shred is great if you are new to working out or just starting back up.

@BKCaribBaby: Thanks! I'll start with the Shred then!
I'm gonna do the workouts in secret (while LO is napping) and see if DH will notice the difference on his own! LOL. That might take forever!

I'm really tempted but I have a gym membership that is languishing and feel like I should just go there! Does it really have to be done every single day? I don't think I could do it!

Day 1 is good, day 2 you'll feel it but it gets better and better after
That!

How is it going? I fired up the dvd 3 days ago for 10 mins then went on a short swim yesterday. I got the Shred in the mail yesterday and am ready to start. Did you hear they are paying people in India $45 (in gold) per lb they lose within 30 days. They have to lose 4 lbs minimum to be included. That would motivate me. For now, my healthy goal is 2 lbs a month.

The shred was getting a little boring for me so I switched to ripped in 30 and it made me miss the shred! It feels so good afterward though.

@HLK208: Good job on the Ripped...it must be hard. Totally not there yet.

I'm not motivated enough yet to join, but wanted to say congrats and good luck!

@cranberryapple: Ripped in 30 destroys my fit husband (granted, he modifies stuff to make it harder and doesn't rest) but Jillian is a beast!
